Geng gedik in action...

Just arrived home from jalan2 cari makan at tupai2. Quite a nice place except for it look aging. Sorry tupai2 owner. Semangat ni to post a blog with a warmhearted feeling.

It begin with a normal steamboat dinner. The drama started when tipah n bard came with a lovely blackforest cake. Jeng3 its a surprise cake for Jae n Me. OMG that was so sweet! Terharu at that moment... Thank you guys. Sorry zil u didn't have the change to see jae n me blowing the candles. Started first witout you...hehehe

Even there are alot of obstacles for us to reach the place...ada yang lost but dapat cari jalan...ada yang lost and need emergency help, needed someone who can run fast by force... Macam2 la kejadian pelik2 tapi benar. Siap makan meja berjiran ngan syawal AF entah which season.

Summary of the dinner...happy happy happy... Really appreciate what u guys did. Double triple...thounsand thanks for the lovely cake n birthday song...including the tele-song on last saturday. hmmm... you guys the great!!

Blue beach-nice place to hang out

Yay...my home streamyx is on again! Thank god... i don't have to wait for amonth for the perbadanan putrajaya to change the stolen telephone cables.

It been fun outing... went to PD with my officemates (the best n sporting ever) last weekend and just yesterday when to baganlalang...for jalan2 cari makan yumyum.

My first time to PD \o/. It was a great place...serenity place! The weather was so good but it was not last long. Neway i enjoyed the moment so much.

Jalan2 cari makan dinner at baganlalang. A res. called restaurant senandung facing the beach. Nice place for fresh seafood. Had a photo session before that. LOL it was a fun session i was the photographer (hahaha even not skilled)... Nine of us with two so call shooting challenges individual and partner and 3 shoots for each. It was hilarious moment...lol everybody were very sporting and tried their best to be the next top model...

It been a rush morning...woke up at 8.20 and i need to be at office before 9. Gosh i should not started read my new book last night (K.I.S.S of astrology)...i forced myself to take a nap when i heard indecisive-empty decoration my "hey!!wake up" song at 6am...

Been having a numb mind since morning...super insensitive mind. A low production worker. Blurrrrrrr programmer... whatever you wanna call it.

Spend my time with my sister last weekend. Feeding her hunger of seeing the real-time thaipusam stunt. Have gone to thaipusam for two days. It was a very colorful festival...many colors and many rubish (they should provide more ashcan on that area, provide it alot and in bigger size). Shoted quite alot of pictures, more than 500 hundres but i have not have the time to upload on my flick.

It was a hot celebration, you can hardly see the ground when you look down from the most top of the batu caves steps. All you can see is a black dot walking. I don't know how high the steps is, but i was manage to reach the top twice...it was tiring but that is what i did after my sister mentioned these words "You know what, you can lose pounds if if u climb" hehehe...irresistable for me!! :(

It just another boring day...

COCHINILLO AL ESTILO SEGOVIANO,ROASTED SUCKLING PIG in english

Felt so tired today. MyGOSSCON day 1...but so itchy to post this blog about my last weekend dining. When to a place that suitable only if u thinking bout having pork! Eat it from nose to tail :)).

It kinda like a sisters reunion. Went for churching for a little bless b4 go eating and fishing :P. Well we actually have to wait till our reservation is valid...reserved a table at 8.30.

The tiny restaurant is located at Jalan Changkat Bukit Bintang. Walking distance from Bukit Bintang monorail. Cute dining place decoration with pig's picture at every angles...it reminds the spider pig song...spider pig spider pig lalala. Time is not for wasted! In less than a glance we already ordered half roasted sulking pig, 3 glasses of diet coke (konon2 la mo diet) and a bottle of happy drink. Drink that when you drink too much it will makes u reveal you secret. A bottle of white wine that yummy2... go excellent with spaghetti mixed seafood with lobster cream. Really enjoyed the food...and a young fish ;).

The special thing about the suckling pig menu is u must first chop it with a plate and later make a wish before breaking it into pieces (brute action- throw it into a wide opened barrel). If the plate broken then your wish will be granted..hehe perhaps someday in your life (crap but fun)..hahaha... Get married soon..that was her wish...my itchy older sister (hehe don't b angry coz i'm telling the world) . He will also know...i will make sure he will read this post. :)).

Onde-onde

Onde-onde pronounce as(onday-onday) is a traditional malaysian food. Tried to make it on last sunday. It was a complete successful for first timer :P.

The ingredients including rice flour,glutinous rice flour (tepung pulut), brown sugar (known as gula melaka by the local), and a bit sugar and coconut (grated).

The process of making onde-onde is very simple. You need to mix all the ingredients in one big bowl. Make sure glutinous rice quantity is more than the rice flour. Mix those flours with a bit water till it turn to dough. Take a small portion of the dough and shape it round. Make a hole at its center and put the brown sugar (push the sugar till it stick inside the small dough). Close the hole and make a perfect ball-shaped onde-onde.

Here come the cooking process...you need to boil water (merely water no added ingredients). Put the onde-onde inside the boiling water. At first the onde-onde will sink... don't be alarm that is the nature. Once afloat it is ready for the final touch.

The Final touch...roll the onde-onde on top of grated coconut. Before that mix the grated coconut with a bit salt. Serve it hot or cold.

1. Glutinous flour 2.5cups
2. Rice flour 1cup
3. Brown sugar
4. Plane
